Log Into Network Solutions

Go to networksolutions.com/manage-it and sign in with your account credentials.

If your domain is on web.com, go to web.com/account instead — the steps are the same.

Find Your Domain's DNS Settings

Click on your domain name, then look for Advanced DNS or DNS Manager in the left sidebar or settings menu.

You may also see it under Manage Account → My Domain Names → (your domain) → Manage → Change Where Domain Points.

Select Advanced DNS to see your DNS records.

Update the A Record

Find the record with Type: A and Host: @ (or your bare domain name). Click Edit.

Change the Points To (or Value) to:

Set TTL to 600 (or 10 minutes if that's the option shown). Click Save.

Update the CNAME Record

Find the record with Type: CNAME and Host: www. Click Edit.

Change the Points To (or Value) to:

Set TTL to 600. Click Save.
